2. OBJECTIVE AND SUMMARY
Brief Description:
Tomato producers will participate in the sourcing of tomato products. The job will focus on producing high-quality tomatoes. This will require commitment and ongoing efforts to ensure that annual goals are met.

4. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales and Strategy
- Produce a large number of tomato boxes.
- Work on off days to reach goals.
- Identify opportunities to increase production.
Operational Coordination
- Organize resources to ensure effective production.
- Collaborate with other producers to ensure efficiency.
- Review production processes to identify areas for improvement.
Health and Safety
- Ensure that all processes follow safety protocols.
- Promote safety practices during working hours.
- Participate in demonstrating a healthy lifestyle to others.
Quality Control
- Monitor the quality of produced goods.
- Ensure that produced tomatoes meet inspection standards.
- Respond quickly to low standards and provide recommendations.
Staff Management
- Participate in managing staff to ensure efficiency.
- Provide training and guidance to other producers.
- Regularly communicate with others to understand their needs.

8. SALARY & REMUNERATION
The compensation package is attractive and pays R13.50 per produced box.
